There is twenty-four hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 24 hours, a full charge for the service will be billed to your card. (if using coupons, we redeem the coupon as full payment)
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide you a full service.
We do not issue refunds on services provided or gift certificate purchased. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 3 days. We are happy to make a re-do appoinment for you.
